I really enjoyed the beautiful room design. It included everything a guest needs, even a diffuser for curly hair, what a plus! The hotel was quiet. I barely heard other guests when in my room. Access to necessities was easy!

The location is great, a short distance from the downtown area. This provides quiet. the staff was always helpful. I felt the service was good. the furnishings display industrial chic design. I found it cozy. i used the guest wifi for an important video call and it worked perfectly.

My "king" room had one tiny bistro table and one uncomfortable wooden chair. that was the entirety of the surface area for my possessions. It was inconvenient.

The hotel includes two bars and a restaurant on site. I observed them to be modern and clean. the rooftop bar seemed awesome. I noted many patrons. i saw good food and drinks served. There was a positive atmosphere.

Public parking was directly next door. I found it easy to access. i noticed a gym in the basement. It was compact. i saw a water and ice dispenser is in the gym, but it is the only one.

The staff was very kind. I appreciated their attention. the front desk staff was pleasant. They responded quickly. i found that nothing was too much trouble for them. I saw they helped other guests efficiently.

I stayed in early june. the staff seemed resourceful. i also attended a private party. The service for the event was flawless.

my room was small and there was no desk. there was nowhere to sit other than the bed, not great for work. (i didn't enjoy that aspect of my stay.)

I found the staff helpful and eager to please. My needs were met immediately. The service was above and beyond my expectations. The room was beautiful and looked super fresh.

The shower temperature fluctuated, switching randomly from set to cold and then to hot.

The hotel has an excellent location with easy walks to King West for many restaurants. Queen West provides access to other restaurants, shopping, and parks. I found the lobby bar quite nice even when busy.

My room style had a unique design, air and thoughtful touches included. The room provided a large space, with fantastic amenities like a shower, big bath tub, king bed, city view, snacks, drinks and a fridge. Staff was friendly and helpful.
